I found the bag to be extremely useful. The place I often do yoga is outside, so I carry two mats: one for the ground and one for me to stand on (both fit inside comfortably). In addition, it has two zippered pockets one outside and one inside. Perfect for phones, keys, kleenex. No need to bring a purse. I absolutely love it.

It appears to be a canvas bag. I have the solid black bag.
