Are either latex or rubber used for creating the Hip Ice Packs, please?
It's all plastic, as far as I can tell, but in either case it's not good to put it directly on your skin without a layer of cloth beneath.
Could this also be used to strap to your butt or would it likely cover just one side of the butt?
I do not believe it will strap to cover to the butt, but if you were to be laying down and just have it placed across the area it may work for that. I don't use the straps as I use it for the back of my left leg when sitting or laying down.
