Well idk if this helps but I’m 5’3 & weigh 190, and I mainly have belly fat so I do want it to compress but at the same time if I’m going to be moving around I wanna be able to breathe lol. So I got a size large. If your able to handle having it on for hours and it being a little tight then get a medium.
